We take great pride in the work we do, and we’ll NEVER send your precious media to third-parties to carry out transfer work.
We can transfer VHS, Hi-8, Betamax, Betacam, DVCAM, Mini DV, and D9 Digital-S9 to USB / DVD
We can transfer 8mm, Super 8mm, and 16mm film to USB / DVD
We can transfer cassette, open reel (mono, half-track stereo, quarter-track mono / stereo), and vinyl records to USB / CD

Stored in the wrong conditions, old media formats can deteriorate quickly.
Get in touch with Derby Audio & Video to book in your transfer before your media deteriorates.
We complete all of our work in-house.
We will never send your precious memories on to a third-party.
We can assure you that we will take great care of your original source media while it’s with us, as we understand how important the content on your media is to you.
In the event that your original source media was to become damaged while it was with Derby Audio & Video, or in the event that it was to be lost, we would only be able to replace the original, blank source media, as this is all our insurance covers – it is not possible to obtain business insurance to cover for loss of the content stored on your media.
We would advise, where possible, ensuring that you have backup copies of your original source media, before bringing it in to Derby Audio & Video for transfer.

We aim to complete all transfers within 5-10 working days.

We require payment upon collection – we accept most cards, cash, or Bank Transfer
Card payments are handled securely by our payment provider – Square.
If you wish to pay via bank transfer (BACS), please let us know, and we will provide our details for you to make payment.
We are unable to provide VAT invoices / receipts as we are not VAT registered.
We do not accept cheques.
We do not accept payment via Paypal.
